Charming villa with sea view situated in the residential area Roses Mas Fumats (Costa Brava), a popular holiday destination with its huge marina and many possibilities for entertainment. Roses offers a multitude of beaches and coves among rocky cliffs, where visitors can practise a great variety of water sports as well as walking in the nearby nature reserves Aiguamolls de l'Empordà and Cap de Creus Natural Parks. The house sleeps 6 to 7 persons, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 guestroom.
On the groundfloor you have the lounge with open kitchen leading out to the sunroom with seaview. Next to the sunroom you have a balcony where you can sit and admire the views. Leaving the kitchen, there is a small corridor leading out to the double bedroom (with twin beds), a boxroom (with 1 single) and the bathroom. You need to step outside thru the garden to access the basement level/garage where you have the 3rd bedroom with bunk beds and a utility room with toilet. In the garden, you have a guestroom with separate entrance where you have 2 single beds and dining area.

Roses is situated at the north of the Costa Brava, nearby nature reserves Aiguamolls de l'Empordà and Cap de Creus Natural Parks. Roses is less than 30 kilometers from the frontier with France, 20km from Figueres (Muséo Salvador Dali), 65 kilometers from Girona and 160 kilometers from Barcelona.
Nearest Airports: Gerona (65km), Barcelona (160km).
