Charming villa situated in the lovely village Laroque des Albères (a 15min. drive to the seaside). The house is on 2 floors and very nicely decorated. The house is facing south, sun all day round on the patio and the pool. A big garden to enjoy, being fully fenced, with electric gate so that children can play safely. The garage big enough to park 2 to 3 cars, outside private parking. A nice place to stay, with the village centre only a footstep away. The house comfortably sleeps 6 adults in three bedrooms.

The house is always cool having airconditioning (reversible), shutters and tiled floors.

A nice kitchen fully equipped, spacious lounge room with television corner and dining area. The house has a swimming pool (approx. 10m x 4m), about 1.5m deep, with large shallow steps to rest on.

Bed- and bathroom linen (except beach towels) available for hire. Pillows supplied.

Entertainment: satellite TV (BBC channels & French television), dvd player, video.

Outside: private pool, patio, BBQ, garden furniture. The house is enclosed by a fence and electric gate so that children can play safely in the garden.
