Charming villa with large garden situated in the lovely village Laroque des Albères (at 10km from the seaside). A long driveway leads out to the house which is facing south, having sun all day round on the patio and the pool. The house is on 2 floors and comfortably sleeps 6 adults. The French windows in the kitchen and the lounge allow you to step out on the patio from where you have views on the pool and the mountains 'Les Alberes'.
On the ground floor you have the spacious air-conditioned lounge with dining area and television corner, as well as the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with next door a utility room. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private terrace, a twin bedroom, a shower room and separate toilet.
The garage is big enough to park 2 to 3 cars and there is also private parking. You have a big garden to enjoy, fully fenced, with electric gate so that children can play safely.

Villa Laroque is a nice place to stay with the village centre only a footstep away. In the morning it's only a 5min. walk to the baker to fetch your croissants or in the evening you can walk up to one of the restaurants and all enjoy a glass of wine.

Kitchen:	cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Utility room with extra fridge, washing machine, iron. Tumble drier (garage).
General:	reversible airconditioning in the lounge. Bed- and bathroom linen (except beach towels) available for hire. Pillows supplied.
Dining:	adequate seating for 6-8 people. Highchair available.
Garage:	space for 2 to 3 cars + outside private parking.
Entertainment:	satellite TV (BBC channels & French television), dvd player, video, internet (upon request).
Outside:	private pool, patio with BBQ, garden furniture, fenced garden.
Suitability:	sorry no pets & no smoking allowed.

Rental notes

Change over day: during high season on Friday, low season more flexible. Keyholder service for check in/out. Pool and garden maintained weekly.
