Charming catalan house with seaview upfront located at Argelès-sur-Mer plage, a small resort with some nice little restaurants and shops. The beach is only a footstep away. Following the coastline with its picturesque rocky coves you can walk to Collioure by foot.
The house is split into two levels. We can offer you the apartment on the first floor where you have superb views on the Mediterranean sea and the mountains 'Les Albères'. The spacious lounge gives you direct access through the French bay windows to the lovely terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue. The house has a separate kitchen with small terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet.

Located at a 5min. walk from the beach in Argelès-sur-Mer, at 6km from Collioure, about 25km from the Spanish border.
Nearest Airports: Rivesaltes-Perpignan (30km)/ Gerona (107km)

Dining: possible seating for 4-6 people.

Change over day: during high season, on Saturday, low season more flexible.
