This traditional village house is situated in a small road, in the middle of the old part of the village of St Cyprien. Steeped with atmosphere this quaint old part of the village is very pretty.
The village house has 2 up to 4 sleeps (though not recommended for small children). On the first floor you have a double bedroom with shower room and separate toilet.
Valery Larbaud is a quirky charming village house, and we like to bill her as a property with a room with a view!!!! The top floor is used as the lounge/second bedroom due to beautiful views over the town and of the beautiful Canigou mountain.

The village has all amenities, restaurant and bars and a huge indoor swimming pool all within walking distance from the house. The house is only a 2km drive away or a 15-20 minute bike ride to the lively Marina of St Cyprien which has plenty of restaurants as well as bars, night clubs and a casino. There are also many beach bar/restaurants that are close by the marina where you will have spectacular views of the mountains, sea and sunsets.

At 2km from the beach of St-Cyprien, a small beach resort with some nice restaurants. Located at 6km from Argelès-sur-Mer, at approx. 18km from Collioure, about 30km from the Spanish border.
Nearest Airports: Rivesaltes-Perpignan (24km)/ Gerona (110km).

Bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (1st floor), 2 single beds (topfloor).

Bathroom: washbasin, shower. Separate toilet.

Kitchen: gas hob + gas oven, microwave, fridge, iron.

Dining: adequate seating for 4 people, French television.

General: fans in rooms, electric heating. Bed spreads and pillows supplied.
Bed- and bathlinen for hire.

Entertainment: topfloor English satellite television with dvd. Radio/cd player.

Suitability: not recommended for young children, pets upon request, no smoking allowed.

Rental notes

Keyholder service for check in/out. On Friday during high season, flexible in low and mid season.
Cleaning may be arranged locally at extra cost.
