Cosy house situated on the outskirts of the charming village Bages with all amenities close by. Bages is an old wine town, and is located at 15 km from the coast and the beaches.
The house has 90m² living space and is nicely decorated. The house has up to 4 sleeps. There is a lounge with dining corner and reversible air-conditioning, a spacious kitchen leading out to the sun room, two bedrooms, bathroom and off-street parking. Outside you can relax in the garden (approx. 20m²).

Located at 15km from Argeles-sur-Mer, at 10km from St Cyprien, at approx. 21km from Collioure, about 25km from the Spanish border.
Nearest Airports: Rivesaltes-Perpignan (18km)/ Gerona (100km).
