SECURITY Bond €600 per property, is payable with the final balance and refundable after a property inspection within 10 days after the end of the rental period.

Final balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

N.B.The deposit which is required to secure the booking is non-refundable. You are therefore advised to take out an appropriate travel insurance with a cancellation clause which may enable you to recover non refundable monies.
